Maximum print runs - indicates the maximum total number of prints that can be made. It does not represent the current amount in circulation.

ie. If a "star label" is on the back of a collectable sticker, there could only be 50-250 in circulation with a total of 2000 possibly printed in future batches and circulated to the public in inserts or promotional giveaways.)
