We do our very best to make sure you are happy with your product, proof and answer any questions before print and ship your order.

However, upon inspection of your order if you feel there is a issue with the quality of the product(s), contact us and provide photos of the indicated issue.

We will respond asap and replace any products where we are at fault.

In regards to returns, we are a print shop that creates 100% custom made to order products that are only useable for the customer that ordered it. Returns are not excepted.

We cannot refund or reproduce your order if a wrong quantity, size, design or spelling errors are requested after your "approval / proof" to print.

Please contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order. We will require photo proof of the defects that clearly shows the issue. We may request the return of the entire order before we reproduce your order (we will cover the shipping costs to return the order)

Please allow 5 days to process your or refund your order if we verify that we have made the error.

We will ship the order in the same way that it was originally ordered.
