Speedyslaps.com guarantees we will properly process, print, package and deliver your products on time every time to our third party shipping carriers USPS or FED EX for happy arrival of orders.*
After your approval of your digital proof we are unable to refund or reproduce your order if wrong spelling, cutline, quantity, size, or design errors occur after our team confirms your go ahead to print via email, phone or text.
All sales are final because all of our products are 100% custom made to order and are only useable for the customer that ordered it. However, upon inspection if you feel there is a issue with the quality of the product's cut consistency or print please contact us within 72 hours and one of our staff will address your concern.
On rare occasion our machines can make slight errors in the process, even though we have a high standard of checking every order and do our best to provide the most consistent quality for your project.
If we find that our production process was flawed in excess of 10 stickers or labels, we will request photo proof and possible return of the entire order before we re-print and ship your order in the same way that it was originally placed for your satisfaction guarantee. Please double check your shipping address and make sure to notify us if you require shipping insurance for your package during the holidays or reside in a non-trust worthy area.
*All USPS priority shipping orders over $200 or "Faster Shipping + Insurance option" selected comes with $100 insurance included in the form of credit with speedyslaps.com in the event that a package qualifies for USPS's insurance policy. (please allow 3-4 business days after you have confirmed the third party provider's of lost package for us to file a claim.)
